Interface with GP

Integration of CRM with GP gives you the ability to control the information needed for your sales and customer relations teams so there is quick and easy access to the data needed to deal with the customers. CRM interfaced with GP provides your sales team a 360 degree view of all the relevant information in GP right in their CRM database without an extra user charge. Separate modules of Sales, Inventory, Customer Collections all interfaced into your CRM can specifically target the needs in relation to your sales team and client management.

Sales

  • Seamlessly integrates sales info from master account easily swapping info between GP and CRM reducing data re-entry.
  • Push orders from CRM to GP after fulfillment as well as set up a customer as a lead in CRM and as they transition into actual orders move their info into GP.

Inventory

  • Effortlessly transfer all inventory system data from GP to CRM and avoid data re –entry as any changes made in GP will update the product price or info automatically.
  • Avoid extra user fees by being able to place all inventory data from GP into CRM.

Customer Collection

  • Once fulfillment is completed all invoices and billing info returns to CRM to keep any useful future information accessible.
  • Check the current payment status of your customers and push any past dues into the current billing cycle. Customer Collection Modules is also useful for sales team to explore customer payment history.
